Understanding LED Indicators
The tracker uses colored LED lights to communicate its status. Understanding these indicators will help you troubleshoot issues quickly.
Normal Operation
| Pattern | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Solid Green | GPS locked and tracking normally |
| Blinking Green | Searching for GPS satellites |
| Solid Blue | Connected to cellular network |
| Blinking Blue | Connecting to cellular network |
| Red | Error condition — check power and connections |
During Activation & Enrollment
| Pattern | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Slow blue pulse | Powered on — searching for cellular network |
| Fast blue flash | Cellular network found — connecting to platform |
| Slow green pulse | Connected — waiting for Registration Code validation |
| Solid green | Activation successful — device is enrolled and active |
| Fast red flash | Activation failed — invalid code or no network; check SIM and retry |
| Alternating blue/green | Downloading per-device credentials after validation |
