ASSIST Documentation
ASSIST Documentation
ASSIST sits between the systems that know something happened and the systems and people that need to do something about it — coordinating people, systems, decisions, approvals, and follow-up actions when an operational event occurs.
This documentation set is in its early stages. It currently covers what ASSIST is and why it exists. Workflow authoring, activation monitoring, and troubleshooting guidance will be added as those areas are documented.
What ASSIST Does
When an operational event occurs, ASSIST determines what needs to happen, involves the right systems and people, applies your policies, follows the process through completion, and records what happened.
ASSIST doesn't replace your existing systems — it orchestrates what happens between them, built around:
- Applying policies and approvals — ensuring the right decisions are made the right way.
- Coordinating across systems — taking action in the right systems, in the right order.
- Maintaining full visibility and audit — tracking every step and outcome for compliance and insight.
Where to Learn More Right Now
Deeper ASSIST documentation isn't written yet. In the meantime, see the ASSIST product overview and how it works on the main site.
Workflow Designer usage, Operational Activations, Runtime Health, and Execution Monitor guidance will be added here as those workflows are documented.
