SECURITY

The layers behind secure sign-in and role-based access.

This page explains, in practical terms, how TrikTraks protects operational data and controls who can see and change what. For the day-to-day capability, see FleetOps Security & Access.

Defense in layers

No single control does all the work — each layer covers a different part of the picture.

Identity and sign-in

Every user authenticates before they can see any operational information. Sessions are tied to a verified identity, not a shared credential.

Role-based access

Drivers, dispatchers, maintenance staff, managers, and administrators each see the tools and data appropriate to their responsibilities — nothing more.

Organization separation

Data belonging to one organization is kept separate from every other — access is scoped, not just permissioned.

Traceable activity

Important actions are associated with the user or process that performed them, so activity remains reviewable after the fact.

Protected data in transit

Data moving between vehicles, devices, and the platform is encrypted, and infrastructure is monitored for irregular activity.

How this supports FleetOps

Security & Access in FleetOps

These layers are what make it possible for FleetOps to give a dispatcher, a driver, and an administrator different, appropriate views of the same operation.

Governed actions in ASSIST

When ASSIST coordinates a response, the same access model determines who can approve, and every step remains part of the traceable record.

This page describes the practical protections in place. It does not detail internal implementation — the underlying technology may evolve without changing what you experience.

See the day-to-day capability.

Who can sign in, what they can see, and what stays traceable.
