Can I control my privacy?
Absolutely. Privacy protection is a core feature of TrikTraks. Only authorised users can determine your location, and this authorisation can be revoked instantly with the touch of a button.
How do I add a new vehicle?
You can add a new vehicle by navigating to the Fleet Management section in your dashboard and clicking the 'Add Vehicle' button. You will need the IMEI number of your TrikTraks tracking device.
Is TrikTraks available on mobile?
Yes, TrikTraks offers native apps for both iOS and Android, as well as a fully responsive web portal for tablets and desktops.
What hardware do I need?
To get started with tracking, you will need a TrikTraks OBD-II plug or a hardwired GPS module. For full IoT automation, we support a wide range of Zigbee and Matter-compatible sensors.
Can I share my vehicle with friends?
Yes, our 'Trusted Delegate' feature allows you to share temporary or permanent access to your vehicle's location and controls with anyone who has a TrikTraks account.
How do I reset my password?
If you are logged out, click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen. If you are logged in, go to Account Settings > Security to update your credentials.
