Recent data is cached in memory-backed databases for instant lookups—current vehicle positions, driver status, active alerts

Operational Storage

Structured databases store fleet configuration, inspection forms, work orders, user accounts, roles, and permissions

Time-Series Data

Specialized databases hold telemetry logs, GPS traces, and sensor readings optimized for high-speed writes and time-based queries

Archival Storage

Long-term retention systems handle years of historical telemetry, legal records, compliance reports, and audit trails

Device Management
